Worth watching

I recently watched a Clock Work Orange, American Beauty, and Requiem for a Dream for the first time and thought I would recommend them. They made me feel a lot of emotions and left me thinking "what did I just watch". This reminded me of some other movies I've seen years ago, Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, and Kids. Im not really going to go into the details about these movies in case you have never seen them. I wouldn't want to spoil anything (You could always google them if you are really curious). Just a warning though they are not for the light hearted. They are pretty graphic and brutal but they are well done.

A clockwork orange- Stanley Kubrick

 Eraserhead- David Lynch

Requiem for a dream- Darren Aronofsky

 Kids- Harmony Korine

American Beauty- Sam Mendes

Blue Velvet- David Lynch
