I do not consider myself fat. I do have some areas that could be toned and I'm working on that. I have certain areas that carry weight more, like my hips, butt, and lower stomach. I believe I would be considered "pear shaped". Some people might be bummed out that they aren't a size 2 or that they don't have a thigh gap but I'm pretty confident with my body. All of our bodies are different but that doesn't mean theres anything to be ashamed of. As long as you're healthy and active it shouldn't matter what size you are. Our outsides are just a shell protecting what really matters, the inside.
